After coming off 7.5mg Manjaro, having a break, then only been authorised 1.5mg Wegovy, it's hardly surprising it has done absolutely nothing for me. Appreciate there are safety reasons etc but I also think it is about making money for the suppliers.

They took over 16 days to deliver, did not respond to emails except by bot, the medication was to late to be of any use! I advise use another provider as Med Express are in reality Med Definetly Not Express!!!

I ordered my pills and I received an email that the parcel was delivered on Monday but Royal Mail failed to provide the QR code so I could retrieve the pills from the Royal Mail lockers. I raised this problem with Royal Mail and MedExpress who said they will look into it and it's now Saturday and I haven't heard from either of them. So over a week and no pills - I would recommend not using this service

Hi, thank you for asking for my feedback. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any effect from the Wegovy 1.5mg oral tablets. I have taken 4 to 5 tablets so far, but I haven’t experienced any change or benefit, so I’m quite disappointed. As I don’t feel the medication is working for me, I wanted to ask if there is any possibility of returning the remaining tablets or receiving a refund. If not, I would appreciate your advice on what my next options are. Thank you.

I ordered "Sominex" tablets on the 27th of June here we are the 14th of Julystill no sign of the tablets. just goes to show how fraudulant your delivery revues are. On your website "Average delivery time next day "how do you get away with telling such bare faced lies?

Not very good service. I had the injection last year and MedExpress was very good which is why I used them again. Slow getting back to me and still no refund!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by MedExpress. For almost a month, I have been trying to obtain either my medication or a refund, but I have received neither. This problem now concerns two separate orders, which is completely unacceptable. Despite repeatedly contacting your customer service team, I continue to receive vague responses saying that my case is being reviewed. However, no practical solution has been offered, and no meaningful action appears to have been taken. As a result of your poor service and failure to resolve this matter, I have been left without my medication. This situation has caused me significant stress, anxiety and emotional distress. I feel completely ignored and abandoned as a customer. A healthcare provider should understand how serious it is to leave a patient without medication and without clear information for such a long period of time. Based on my experience, I consider the service extremely poor, unreliable and completely unacceptable.

The worst customer service ever … I had been using Mounjaro supplied by MedExpress without any issues until the third dose from one pen. During the injection, the actuator became stuck and the medication discharged after I removed the needle, so I did not receive the dose. I reported what I believed was a suspected device malfunction immediately. Rather than offering to inspect or replace the pen, I was asked to provide a video of myself attempting another injection. As someone who administers these injections alone, I found that request both impractical and intrusive, particularly as it could have resulted in another wasted dose. I replied explaining my concerns and offered to cooperate with a reasonable investigation. Unfortunately, despite writing a second time I never received any further response despite waiting several days. I appreciate that medical devices can occasionally fail, but good customer service is demonstrated by how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, MedExpress failed to deal with my complaint or communicate with me appropriately. For that reason, I have changed supplier and now use Morrison’s online pharmacy whose customer service is exceptional!

I have been taken the treatment for 3 days an it has no effect. I’m assuming this is because I used to use 10mg mounjaro which I made clear when you would only give me 1.5mg

Extremely disappointed with both the delivery and, more importantly, MedExpress’s handling of the issue. I ordered a 5mg Mounjaro pen which Royal Mail falsely marked as “delivery attempted” on a Saturday. I was at home all day and have both Ring doorbell footage and CCTV confirming that no delivery attempt was ever made. As a result, the parcel wasn’t actually delivered until Monday evening during the recent UK heatwave. When it arrived, the ice packs had completely thawed, the insulated packaging was no longer cool and the Mounjaro pen itself was warm to the touch. I explained that, because of the delayed delivery, I could no longer be confident the medication had remained within the manufacturer’s recommended storage conditions throughout transit. Rather than addressing any of the evidence I’d provided, I received what appeared to be a generic response simply stating that Mounjaro can be kept at room temperature for up to 30 days. This completely overlooked the fact that my concern was the unverified storage conditions during the delayed delivery, not how long it can be stored once received. I’ve since had to raise a formal complaint, request collection of the medication and ask for a replacement. In the meantime, I’m now going to miss at least a week of my prescribed medication through no fault of my own. Up until this point I’d been happy with MedExpress, but the way this issue has been handled has been very disappointing. I hope someone reviews the case properly and resolves it, rather than sending generic replies that don’t address the actual problem.
