“⭐️ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with the service from MedExpress. I reported a faulty Wegovy pen and then had to wait approximately a week just to receive a prepaid return label despite chasing multiple times. The return label THEY provided was tracked, so the parcel should have been traceable once returned. After sending the faulty pen back, I was then told they could not locate it and repeatedly asked for tracking details. Every live chat takes 10–15 minutes of “sorry to keep you waiting” while agents read through previous messages, only for me to be told yet again that my case has been “escalated urgently.” Meanwhile, I have now missed multiple prescribed Wegovy injections due entirely to these delays. The whole experience has been stressful, repetitive, and badly handled from start to finish. For a company supplying prescribed medication, continuity of treatment and communication should be far better than this.… sent email now and logged a formal complaint”

“Awful I realised as soon as I read the side effects I'd had similar from my dr 40 years ago or something very similar unfortunately after taking a couple of days worth I had stomach ache and leakages. I had a weak bladder at 61 and I don't need any more leakages very unpleasant. I need something to take my mind off food and not give me an appetite I lost 2 stone last year with mounjaro but stopped it in November after 4 months as I had issues in my life that I decided to have a break. I will apply for mounjaro after my holiday. Pills are in the bin waste of money!”

“I am now beyond frustrated and seriously concerned about this company’s conduct. I placed an order and, as instructed, uploaded the required photographs. I was then told—twice—that the images were “not sufficient,” yet no clear explanation or guidance has ever been provided on what is actually required. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this by email, asking for clarification so I can comply, and have been completely ignored. The last response I received was on 15/04/2026. Since then—over 10 days ago—there has been nothing but total silence despite repeated chasers. Meanwhile, my payment was taken immediately. Taking a customer’s money and then failing to provide any meaningful communication or support is completely unacceptable. At this stage, the lack of response is not just poor service—it is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the legitimacy and integrity of this business. It is very clear from other reviews that this company selectively responds to complaints, which makes the ongoing silence even more unacceptable. This situation needs to be addressed urgently. Respond immediately.”

“I paid for next day delivery but delivery took around. 2 weeks. I then received an expired box of tablets, I have spent a further week trying to get my money back but MedExpress are not taking responsibility They hand wrote a new expiry on the box to replace the manufacturers expiry date! I will never use MedExpress again”

“Please do not buy from this company. I ordered 2.5 Mounjaro last week. They took £143.00 from me. The money has gone from my bank & they have denied receiving an order. I have nothing from them. I rang 5 times today & one person hung up on me. I have now reported them to trading standards.”

“I would urge you to look else. These people are totally unprofessional. I placed an order costing £170, paid for express delivery which I received the next. But, they sent the medicine without the needles. A week on, I'm still waiting for them for me to be able to start the treatment. Apparently, the superiors do not have phone numbers and cannot communicate to me. Their lack of action and consideration is mind-blowing!! Avoid at all cost.”

“There systems and product work well until something goes wrong. On my fourth dose the pen jammed. I was only ever given four needles despite their insistence I received more! They called me a liar! I sent photos of the pen showing the full dose still in it but they are having none of it. I paid for 4 doses and have only used 3. Then to top it they would not increase my strength because my body has only had 3 but wanted another payment at the lower strength. Product seems good but I advise you buy it somewhere else. 15 emails to be told I am a liar!”
