“Well it's asked me to rate this order which I still haven't even received, it said it was dispatched from medexpress and royal mail are still waiting to receive it. I ordered it 6 days ago with paying extra for royal mail express delivery!”

“I originally ordered just 4 tablets to see how i got on with them which was OK so I then did a bulk order but there were 4 tablets missing from this order but when I emailed them about it they refused to send my missing tablets saying its not possible to just send 4 tablets but my first order was just 4 tablets so I said OK I would like a refund then which they refused saying they would credit my account, not very good is it”

“I have ordered a couple of times now and each time the order hasn't been dispatched on the day of ordering. I have used Tracked24. It seems a poor policy of dispatching is in place. The only time my order was dispatched on the day was when I rang to say i needed this to happen. Just because you feel you have the right to dispatch later doesn't mean it's right for your customers.”

“Ok so I’ve been with Med express for about 6 months now and recently deleted my account. The emails are none stop sometimes 3/5 A DAY. I did email to ask them to stop but they just kept coming. You can buy your monthly subscription and by the next day there emailing telling you that your next one is due when it’s 4 weeks away. And when you don’t respond to emails they send text messages. Then I noticed o. There sight of your medication isn’t authorised the money you paid goes into your account so be careful they don’t always refund to your bank. I’ve recently decided to shop else where hassle free.”
