Love the designs - only issue is having to pay for delivery particularly when items are on the higher price end. Most brands don't expect you to pay postage for items over, for example £100.

Beautifully made clothing, in excellent fabrics. Some items I’ve now had long enough to appreciate the quality in manufacture. The garments are also very comfortable and practical-in addition to being flattering! Delivery with Royal Mail is excellent, in terms of speed and information provided. I will continue to turn to this company for staple, even though the price point is high for the High Street. As the same granny used to say, ‘If you buy cheap, you buy dear!’

I was little unhappy 🙁 the t’s I bought are a different fit to last year much shorter and I hand washed them and both have shrunk

I received an email with code for 15% discount I was excited. I’d ordered something once for my daughter for Christmas but can’t really afford for me. I would like to buy everything because it’s all so beautiful and such good quality. So I decided with 15% I can order a few things. When I went to checkout (online) I couldn’t see code for applying the 15%. But in my haste (and tbh to get my mitts on the beautiful things I’d ordered) I paid. But I was cross with myself for acting in haste. So I ordered again, just one item, at a third of the cost of original order. And I successfully applied the 15%. I tried calling customer care but obviously on Sunday no one manning the phones . I called today and was absolutely truthful and recognised my error. And asked please amalgamate two orders (done within minutes) and give 15% on both. To my surprise she said NO. I was genuinely surprised. Come on ! Seriously! You want good reviews? You must want people to say: amazing company, amazing, kind, helpful, friendly and obliging staff? I know my mistake, I get it. So let me cancel order and give me new code and I’ll reorder and apply new code …. And she said …. NO! Again! Ok ok I get it. No can do. Bye . End of sorry story.

I love the Me+Em clothes that I have brought (on line). The quality is great and the fit excellent BUT I do have to say I ALWAYS have a negative experience in stores I have visited (london). I myself own a retail store and would be disappointed if my customers were treated as I have been at Me+Em. I will keep trying!!

I was a little disappointed in the quality of my purchase. I understand now that some products are manufactured in China while others are not. My dress had loose unfinished threads on every embroidered polka dot and had a strong chemical smell. I ended up returning, the ordering + return process was quite seamless and I know many others have wonderful experiences so not discouraged from trying again but clarify in manufacturing location would be nice, especially for the price of some items.

I have shopped at M+EM for about 7 years -I have loved how wearable everything is -how it nods to fashion and classical dressing in equal measure. More recently I haven’t shopped so much as the price points seem to have really risen ( pre cost of living ) and it doesn’t seem so good premium value for money which is disappointing. Your still my go to brand but much much less …

I do really like the style and quality of the product is excellent. However, they are expensive and because everything is so long I have to factor in cost to have hems taken up which puts me off. We are not all 5.11in! It would be great to have shorter lengths in the wide length trousers and dresses as well as some things at as more accessible price.

I love the clothing except the pants are too long. I’ve read that remark by many so not sure why it’s not being addressed. I have to spend extra money on a tailor when the clothes are already expensive. I don’t mind paying a bit more for high quality but the prices are limiting. I was disappointed in the cashmere vest as it looked a bit scruffy. I’ve kept it as it goes perfectly with the pants I ordered and I love layering. The dresses and most tops are too frilly and puffy for my taste. Like a little girls clothing. Again they look better on tall women and I’m petite. Sizing is a bit confusing and I think inconsistent between sometimes British sizing and American sizing. Returns should be free. And I agree with others that a rewards or loyalty program would be nice. I have 5 pair of your pants hanging in my closet. They are beautifully made and unique. I appreciate your layering suggestions and feel very sharp in your clothes. Again…Please offer shorter lengths. Customer service is very good although even they got the conversion size wrong once.

Customer service and quality are very good but clothes seem to be cut for young, tall women. I'm 67 and 5'4".

Lovely quality but not for tall people

I really like so much about Me+Em design, quality, and particularly the fit of trousers. As an Australian customer, I am much less impressed with the price hike applied to us (approximately 60%) a couple of years ago. I wrote a couple of emails and was told it was related to Britain's departure from the EU. I'm not sure I believe that could justify such a significant price rise. I also find product descriptions online not particularly accurate. I bought a dress with a 'white' base (and it did look white in the photographs) and 'yellow' flowers, only to find, when it arrived, that it was a deep cream with orange flowers. I also bought a dress described as being of 3 different colours, which arrived two-tone. This one didn't bother me too much as I could work out from the photography that the third colour (pink) was missing. My point is that if you're going to charge the prices you do and pitch yourself at the top of the market, you need to pay attention to such details, don't be sloppy.

Delivery, returns, customer service is fine. Prices highish. Trousers much too long for me, even with adjustments. I love their brighter colours, other less appealing. I am not interested in a corporate look. I find shop off Marylebone High Street a bit intimidating.

Have been extremely satisfied with everything I have bought until I bought one of their extremely highly priced jumpers which has a little bit of ( apparently ) high quality cashmere in it which bobbles. I complained and was told to buy a cashmere comb. Watch out for the jumpers🤣🤣🤣🤣

I think it’s too easy to be seduced by MeandEm’s trademark design into paying ludicrous sums for items which are really not investment pieces and will only last one season. I’ve just parted with £130+ (inc. p&p) for a pair of patterned jersey joggers, simply because they looked wonderful on the long-legged model. After wearing them for 4 days they are baggy, saggy and not at all flattering on a petite and curvy size 8-10. I really should have known better - they’d be expensive at half the price, and the trim is ordinary cotton binding - nothing special. At the end of the day, they’re just sweatpants!
