“I have asked to have my broken repaired for quite some time and nothing has been done. I know it is a busy time of the year but I am not happy with your customer service.”

Hi Diane, regarding your experience with the repair of your Tony Dixon tin whistle. We understand the importance of timely service and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during the busy period while Paraic was at the summer fleadhs. Upon receiving your request for repair, we found ourselves in a position where we were unable to provide a timely repair or a timely replacement of the specific whistle model due to stock issues. We aimed to avoid any further delay in resolving the matter, hence offered a full refund which you accepted. Our priority is always to ensure our customers are satisfied and we believed that providing a prompt refund was the best way to rectify the situation swiftly. “I paid for tin whistle class. It was excellent. But after the first month it became inaccessible. The website kept directing me to sign. But I already had and the company took automatic payment every month. I tried via the site to stop payment but they keep charging me. I am frustrated and upset about this business practice. They take my money and hide behind a non functioning class presentation.”

“Padraic McNeela makes the most beautiful bodhrans I have ever seen. On a recent trip in Cork and Kerry , I noticed that all of the best bodhran players were using bodhrans made by McNeela. Ah , but there is a reason-the tone and tunability of these instruments is superb”

“This is the first company I've seen that genuinely cares about their customer, you can reach out to them whenever and they'll help you out. I bought a concertina (Wren 2) from them some months ago, it broke and they sent me replacement screws and springs for free.”
