“I have purchased 2 instruments so far from McNeela Music and they shipped them halfway around the world to Australia. They were very well packed, the shipping was really fast and the instruments arrived in excellent condition. I am very happy with both of my accordions. “I think this instrument was made in China. Nowhere does it say made in Ireland. The cheap cardboard packaging reeked of the same smell as the way they ship items that we all receive from China. I paid far too much. I could have bought the same thing much cheaper from others, but they were all out of stock. I must say that the case it came in was very nice. Thanks.”

“Quality control poor. One key on my B/C did not work and the accordion had not even been played before it was sent to me in Canada but I did return it to Ireland and f got it back fairly quickly. Robert Mullen.”

“I bought the “Do it yourself” bodhran kit but was very happy when 5he kit arrived with a proper T bar already fitted and all of the shaping work including arm groove (which I was going to attempt to cut myself) done for me. I enjoyed the finishing and skin fitting work and end product is a proper instrument thanks to the great quality skin and good instructions.”

“This is my first order from overseas. Communication wtih McNeela was great, the process was very easy which I did not expect. Shipping from Ireland to the United States was much faster than I thought it would be. The Bodhran is beautiful and sized perfectly for my Lovely Wife. The lessons and continued communication are a bonus I also did not expect. I wish there was a higher rating I could give you, we are both extremely happy with McNeela!!”
