“I am in no way a musician, but have long wanted to try a Bodhran. Black Friday gave me the opportunity to get one. The McNeela web site was and is very helpful, and I ordered one, and I was kept informed about delivery until it arrived. I have been impressed with what followed: I expected a drum, but have found myself invited into the world of Irish Music, with followup e-mails offering tips on learning and encouragment, plus links to follow to learn more about the different aspects of it. Mc Neela does not just want to sell you an instrument. He wants to sell you IRISH MUSIC.”

“My wife fell in love with the sound of a Concertina. We found a wonderful instrument available at McNeela Music and made the purchase. Since then we have also purchase music for the instrument. With McNeela Music on a different continent, we were concerned about the delay of getting our purchases. We were very pleased to get updates on the shipping status of our orders and everything arrived quickly and in pristene condition. Great company to do business with and great products!”

“I received a beautiful bodhrán, the decoration was fabulous. It arrived well before the due date and was packaged wonderfully protecting the bodhrán to the fullest. Absolutely wonderful customer service and I will use McNeela Music again should I be looking for any musical item.”

“Everything I have ordered from McNeela Music has come in a timely manner very well wrapped. I have ordered a baby harp, a concertina. A wooden flute and 5 whistles as well as music and CDs. When I had problems with my flute they gave me advice and an offer to repair it if I sent it back. They helped me in purchasing my first concertina and included 6 months of free lessons. It was very helpful. They have excellent, top-notch instructors.”

“I ordered a flute in November expecting that it would arrive in 15 days, as estimated on the website. Two months later it still had not arrived. Almost 3 after being sent, the only help I could get was to contact the shipping service. The shipping service told me that McNeela would need to contact them about delivery. The local shipping service attempted to deliver- I was not home and they didn't call or leave at note, so it was sent back to McNeela. I got a refund but this never should have happened in the first place.”
