“Everything I have ordered from McNeela Music has come in a timely manner very well wrapped. I have ordered a baby harp, a concertina. A wooden flute and 5 whistles as well as music and CDs. When I had problems with my flute they gave me advice and an offer to repair it if I sent it back. They helped me in purchasing my first concertina and included 6 months of free lessons. It was very helpful. They have excellent, top-notch instructors.”

“I ordered a flute in November expecting that it would arrive in 15 days, as estimated on the website. Two months later it still had not arrived. Almost 3 after being sent, the only help I could get was to contact the shipping service. The shipping service told me that McNeela would need to contact them about delivery. The local shipping service attempted to deliver- I was not home and they didn't call or leave at note, so it was sent back to McNeela. I got a refund but this never should have happened in the first place.”

“I have two McNeela tin whistles. I love them both. But I have never had a company support like McNeela Music. I get information from them so often about things to do to become a better musician. I was so impressed with an article about what to include in my practice sessions. No other company has sent me information that would be so helpful to me. I will order any future musical instruments from them. I so much appreciate this company. I will support them however I can and say thank you for all the information you send me. Esther”

“We purchased a Wren II Concertina as a Christmas gift for our grown daughter. The concertina came quickly to the USA and was packaged nicely. There was no damage. She is enjoying her concertina and using the free lessons that came with it. We haven't had a chance to hear her play since she is married and lives in another town. We hope to hear what she has learned soon!”
