“In a word….Useless. Took my details incorrectly, took 2 previous claims incorrectly, took my bike storage incorrectly, took my security incorrectly. The upshot was an expensive bunch of quotes, which I stupidly thought were accurate as I assumed MCN had done their job accurately. I only found out when I took out a policy ( via MCN ) and then read my insurance documents to reveal the extent of the inaccurate details. Rather than the advertisement states if a cheaper quote, mine was about double and now I’m stuck with it for 1 year as it will cost me more to cancel and take out again without using MCN as an intermediary.”

“Beginner motorcyclist so needed first insurance policy. MCN have worked hard over the years to get a reputation and their website was easy enough to use with helpful information all over it. Got to be a good place to start at least? And yes, I took out a policy as a result 👍”

“I used to be insured through mcn then of course that collapsed. I took out another policy elsewhere to keep the bike covered. I used the new compare site recently an took out a new policy with bennetts. Mcn also renewed the old old policy that they cancelled at the same time. Still owing £30. How is any of this legal?”

“The "GO-TO" for the best quotes every time. Changing from a Bonneville to a Tiger 900 my Bonnie insurer wanted three times as much as my first quote from MCN. A no brainer!”
