“I got a good result from the insurance comparisons but had a few problems with the data correctly flowing from MCN to the Insurance company when I purchased. MCN could not provide me with the data I said I had entered even when I gave the correct references. It cost me £15 to get my policy corrected (I could have just cancelled within the 14 days but I would have had to start all over again). MCN should send you a complete copy of ALL details you entered to get the quote when requested. I will be following this up as the rules of Insurance are that you must be able to recreate the outcome OR save a exact copy of the decision process if challenged on treating the customer fairly. I couldnt get the same outcome and I couldnt get an exact copy of my inputs”

“Very easy to use and view your insurance options. I use it for all my bikes each year. My only niggle is getting emails reminding me my insurance is expiring when I have already renewed it through the site.”

“We changed insurance company this year, from Devitt to Carol Nash. I assumed MCN had advised the old company and I forgot to double check. It cost us £30 admin fee to cancel the Devitt policy, even though we were still well within the cooling off timeframe. We suggest your site reminds users to double and triple check any changes!”

“Good service. However it is important to read all questions thoroughly. The one relating to Pillion cover can be misread as I did. That caused some problems with my chosen insurer.”

“I always use this comparison website on receipt of my annual renewal or if I am changing bikes because I believe it only deals with motorcycles. It is straight forward to use and identifies good possible deals. Its when you contact the Broker that the problems start . The site is useful but be prepared .”

“Easy to use, but no more so than all the other comparison sites. It is tailored better for motorcycles but that's about the only advantage. The insurance quotes are the very similar prices across the board, so, no discounts with MCN.”
