“All relevant questions asked before bringing up a wide selection policies from different providers. I saved £80 against my renewal for the same cover, which included breakdown cover. The new provider had very good reviews and arranging everything was trouble free.”

“Used MCN Compare and happy with a quote and went ahead. When I checked the policy accessories (heated grips, radiator guard, top box and panniers) not mentioned so I rang Hastings and told them about the accessories. The advisor didn't actually know what the four accessories we're? Who are they employing? Hastings then decided even though the accessories are not covered under the policy they wouldn't insure me. They wouldn't though return my full years premium untill after the start date of the policy they were not going to put into force!! I arranged with another company via MCN Compare at a slightly lower premium. Result. A lesson for me here about checking the policy more carefully before accepting.”

“I have to say that I am a little disappointed with MCN's insurance comparison site. I was hoping that in line with the words spoken in the radio advertisements, that MCN the motorcycle experts would have been able to negotiate better terms on the policies offered. However, the results yielded by my searches, are no more competitive than any of the other comparison sites out there.”
