“I had used this service 2 years ago when I bought my first motorcycle insurance, the first I knew about it this year was a text message from Bennetts with a renewal figure better than my current provider. I hadn't done anything and when I called the Bennetts they didn't know that they had sent me a quote but were able to find it and sort it out at the texted price. So for a service it was great as I didn't have to do anything to save over £50.”

“When my insurance was due on my Honda 600cc Silverwing, I thought it would be an automatic renewal through Bennet's where it had been for the previous two years. They wrote to me to tell me that they couldn't renew it's as they couldn't get a quote because my Honda is fitted with ABS braking (yes ABS braking). I phoned them up and queried that and told them that surely it was safer with ABS braking but they stuck with their original message re ABS. It was only when I phoned them up to cancel the insurance with them that they had a change of mind and said that they would find a Broker who allowed ABS braking on a Honda Silverwing. I told them that it was too late as I had now insured m scooter elsewhere”
