“I used a number of online insurance comparison guides. As a 62 year old newly qualified motorcyclist with no NCD, I was amazed/staggered at the spread in quoted policy costs. In particular, certain insurers that advertise regularly in MCN, Bike and other publications were well out of the affordability frame. I used the MCN Compare website last and it confirmed the findings of my extensive search on other sites and came up with the cheapest options for me. The site was easy to use and I would use again next year.”

“I got my renewal notice from my previous insurer. It had gone up 25% from last year with no claims or changes to cover. I called them & even though I’ve been with them 10 years with no claims they basically said ‘like it or lump it’. I tried the MCN Compare & the same insurance with the same company was £100 less. That’s theft! I got an even better deal through MCN Compare with another insurance company. I recommend shopping around as it would appear insurance companies rip off existing customers. Don’t let them rob you!”

“Your questions do not relate accurately to the criteria of the insurance company quotes. I ticked boxes for pillion cover, which was not picked up by Bennetts and hence I was charged another £15 on top of charges. Possibly needs looking into??”
