“Due to a computer glitch followed with a bank account hacking, I was unsure when my premiums next instalment would be taken out. Once it was realised that a payment had been missed, and accordingly contacting MCN the matter was rectified swiftly and courteously. Now all back on track.”

“Its definately worth the effort; spare minute or two and save yourself hundreds. This is coming from someone who absolutely hates doing things online. Unless I can speak to human being I have never bothered, ever. It was pure coincidence that I’ve entered my details as current insurer wasn’t interested in me swapping bike half way through the yearly policy, and entering my details with idea of “let’s just give it a go” I’ve saved minimum over £400, that’s in comparison with over the phone quote. Do not insure your bike until you try. 👍”
