“They was terrible I don’t recommend them at all please avoid these”

“I got a policy from RCIB which turned out to be a scam. Once they had my money it was impossible to contact them either online or by phone, the customer portal was down and I was left on hold for over half an hour when I eventually go through on the phone, then put on hold again for another 40 minutes, I got nowhere. MCN need to be careful who they recommend.”

“On numerous occasions I've updated my status file only to find when I buy insurance the information does not transfer to them. This is really annoying as they chase me for updates. My Christian name is still showing (Dtsn)”

“Could not get a quote as the app would not accept my date of birth. This was probably because I passed my test at 16 and the app will not accept that (probably an app modified from a car drivers app). Emailed MCN Compare about it but got no response. Tried several times - waste of time.”

“Been using MCE for several years now , basically the best service and price you will get on a policy , but their access is the highest that you will pay in the event of a claim. Also calling this company isnt fun, seriouse waiting times and premium rate number. They have launched new phone app which is quite good although a little painstaking to add all info ,but when doing so validates policy”

“Oh did you do well . My quote this year was £337 .fully comp. I went through mcn compare. Fully comp for the next years same bike same cover £67 the year .5 star .”

“It's not a new idea, the real pain of shopping around is the amount of time it takes to get a quote from one broker. MCN Compare lets you get a range of quotes, you choose the one that best suits you. It help me eliminate the Gold Wing as something to buy as all the quotes were massively expensive, but MCN's were £800 cheaper than a previous broker I'd checked with. Really useful site, will use again.”
