“I didn't use MCN Compare to renew my insurance - I would have done if you had sent me details of quotes at the same time as I used another comparison site as the premium from you was cheaper (for the same carrier/cover) than the the policy I bought. However you were late sending me a mail and so I had already renewed some days previously. I am hoping that you didn't get an introduction fee for my business as it was not earned...”

“You recently gave me a quote saying my ins ran out 28/02/19 which I purchased. When I rang my insurers they told me my ins did not end until mid April. Causing me problems for a refund. You need to get your dates correct”

“Easy to save me a fair bit on my bike insurance. Only downside is the quotes don't include extras which have to be negotiated with the insurers. Some don't care as long as they aren't performance enhancing others refer every single item to their underwriters.”

“My renewal premium was £50 more than I paid last year, so checked for quotes on MCN Compare. Within minutes I had found another company which wasn't the cheapest in the quotes provided but was £70 less than my previous years insurance (£120 less than my renewal quote) and gave a better level of cover and covered 1,000 more miles per year of cover as well”

“As with many loyal customers my 6 wheel policy with Carol Nash was subject to a ridiculously increased premium at renewal. I split the coverage using your website for my Kawasaki and a separate compare site for my car. I saved £170. You mentioned the subject of renewal premiums in a recent article as being out of order and you were not wrong.”
