“The system works in a limited way. It is worth considering using it but there are concerns that the comparisons are set up in such a way as to point towards certain companies which MCN should address and answer. Something I find off putting is the integrity of the companies using it. For instance Post Office Ins may turn out to be actually using Devitts but if you look directly at Devitts on the comparison site they may be much more expensive than via Post Office only for you to find later that Devitts (brokers) are using different insurance companies for the two quotes they provide. So the comparison is complicated Why?”

“Great for me but then 2 weeks later my partner tries to get quotes & it won't give her one at all for no reason, ring up speak to someone who can't find a reason either, on the phone for ages then get cut off & not rung back. We'll both avoid this comparison site in the future.”

“It is a good service naturally and I would use it again in the future but I was looking specifically for insurance for scooters( not moterbikes) and could not find that category.”
