“Well I wasn't happy with the quotes in the slightest, I wonder if the quotes are based on earth or a different planet, but all in all the quote was based on no protection for my bike even tho I've been driving with 8-9years no claims bonuses and getting raped for everyone else flaws”

“I would of given it a higher rating but sadly, one you have inputted your details for an insurance quote, afterwards you get relentlessly hassled by the MCN sales team trying to sell additional products. Shame, as the quote side of things was very good!”

“I found the experience a little deceptive. When buying through a comparison site, MCN came out on top, however, that was if I was willing to pay out 2k if there were a claim- I wish this was made clear from the start. I managed to reduce the price with and addon in the end.”

“MCN has good motorcycle specific questions. Other comparison sites are designed for car users and for example don't ask you how long you've had the full license, have fewer options for locks. It does have a very, very serious drawback however: it doesn't let you log in and create an account. That means you need to re-enter your info every time. Other comparison sites store the driver and vehicle info. You can just add a year to your NCB if you want. Fact that MCN doesn't offer this is a big weakness.”

“The quote with bennetts insurance turned out to be considerably more expensive once i clicked through and corrected their "assumptions". The reason i hold this against mcn is that i'd already put the correct info info into the comparison site. This put bennetts right at the top of the list when they shouldn't have been and so was misleading.”

“Helped me find a reasonably good deal on my bike insurance. Not 100% sure it was the cheapest after a year with no claims for a person over a certain age.”

“As a basic comparison tool quite good but every time a policy is selected not all the selected criteria are correct and when these are corrected the price significantly changes”
