“Easy to use website, quotes swiftly available and very cometitive. Slightly irritating was the exact same policy, exactly the same terms with the same insurer but different broker appeared further down the listed quotes and I didn't spot this until after I bought the more expensive one. I accept that I could perhaps have looked more carefully before I bought but you would expect the best value option to be displayed at the top of the list. The difference was not insignificant, I paid more than 15% extra for the dearer policy but overall I was happy with what still repesented a pretty reasonable looking premium”

“Perhaps I am an unusual biker, but I couldn't get ANY insurance for my 125cc scooter through your site. I'm 79 with a nine year NCB and I work part-time, and the combination seemed to spook all the insurers on your list.”

“Very poor They asked for proof of no claims so I sent them the details of who I was insured with which was the AA but clearly this was not good enought, we kept going back a fourth getting no where so I decided to cancel the insurance and go back to the AA....... Then they insisted that I pay the insurance in full. Stay away!!!!!!!!!”

“The comparison tool was good, it’s all the other stuff after you’ve entered your details that’s the problem. You’re aggressively phoned minutes after being offered a quote. Often by multiple insurance companies bidding for your business. It’s desperate behaviour. I’d use this again because some companies aren’t on go compare, and then turn my phone off to not be hassled. Sometimes I’m just interested in knowing what the price would be so I can save up for it, not sign on the dotted line right away”
