“Following a large increase in my renewal I followed Martin Lewis advice of going on the hunt for a cheaper quotation. MCN compare made it easy for me and I switched companies. It is a big shame that there is no loyalty with car/motorcycle or house insurance business however I recommend you give them a try”

“I had been insuring my bike through one of the best-known motorcycle insurance companies but was shocked to see that the already expensive premium had gone up by more than 25% for no apparent reason. Within 15 minutes of logging on the the MCN comparison site, I had had taken out the same cover with the same benefits for less than half of last year's premium. As insurance companies don't seem to value loyaly and, instead, just try it on, I would never buy another policy without checking the MCN site.”

“I bought a new Royal Enfield Interceptor - two weeks before the lockdown! I went on MCN compare and found that I could insure with my current provider, Carole Nash, far cheaper than their quote. The reason is that with the MCN Compare I could have just the basic insurance (comprehensive) without all the things the brokers want to sell you as extras. I get these extras - breakdown, legal assistance etc - with my bank so I don't need to pay for them twice. The result was half price insurance, from the same broker. Excellent. Now I find I have to go shopping on my motorbike, but unfortuately I have to make three times as many trips as I would in the car because I can't get so many groceries in the back box as I could in the car. Shame.”
