“The compare tool is easy to use and found me a really good saving on my renewal premium. One thing that does annoy me though is that when I phoned top cancel, my original insurer (and you all know who they are) stated that they can find me a cheaper quote. If this happens (and it does regularly, whether car, bike or building insurance) I always tell insurers that they have missed their chance. Why can they not offer the best renewal premium in the renewal quotation? They'd be more likely to keep trade that way (mine at least).”
