“Hi disappointing as you cost me £15 because you promoted me to renew my insurance before it was due therefore I went ahead only to find I was still on cover. The £15 was the admin fee for setting up a policy I did not need 😢”

“As a motorcycle website I would have expected that by now MCN would list the Yamaha serow XT250. It has been a 250cc for at least 15 years if no more! Yet, their website, like all others, only lists the old Serow XT225, making it hard to get a quote! There are enough Serows imported to the UK that they should know about this. I sent them an email to report this but it was completely ignored. Waste of time to use them and had to call various brokers until one would accept my bike and give me a quote that is not more than the value of the bike itself!”

“General vehicle insurance comparison sites are pretty good - the MCN site is motorcycle specific, so comparison is easy particularly on the things that matter - pillion cover, european cover, recovery etc. Better still for me the quote I accepted was almost £500 less than my renewal with a well known insurer.”
