“MCN indicated that the policy I decided to buy gave me cover to ride other bikes. After buying I was informed by the insurance company that it did not cover this. If you can’t rely on the information they are giving, then they are a waste of time for me. I emailed them to complain but they never answered me.”

“I input my details, the quotes came back, I accepted onefrom a company called Onecall, entered my payment details and 3 hours later I was just getting on the bike and I received an email stating that they were declining the insurance Without giving a reason so I couldn't go out.on my ride.”
