“Great price even with shipping cost, so much cheap then B&Q and Homebase. Ordered on Sunday & delivered on Tuesday”

“Having ordered (on Friday) within the time for next day delivery I expected my goods to arrive sometime on Monday. Tuesday morning I had to call to ask about delivery and was informed my postcode had flagged a " possible fraud" but it was on the van to be delivered today. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and would refund HALF of the postage but could not do anything about the flagged message other than send me some information. Delivery arrived 12.40”

“I am disgusted with the service I received from Maxwells DIY! I ordered a free standing kitchen cabinet that was showing as "in stock" and available for next day delivery, if I ordered within the next 3 hours, so I checked out and paid for delivery. The next day I took off work to wait in for it but when it got past 3pm I was getting concerned, so I called the sales hotline only to be told my order wasn't in stock and had not been shipped!!! This is not good customer service and the fact I had to call to find this out makes it even worse! I am disgusted with the service I received and would not recomnend buying from them, who knows what's in stock and what's not and why on earyh didn't anyone call me to let me know before I took a day off work!”

“I was informed the delivery would be next day so arranged someone to be there but was then told it would be a day later by Beth, I tried ringing but no answer. I sent an email but got no reply. Not happy”

“Fantastic service ....my only complaint was delivery I received a txt saying that my parcel would be with me between 16.12-17-12 pm it didn't arrive until 7 pm”
