“Service provided was excellent, very prompt delivery and well packed. However the product was very unsatisfactory - see my email of 25/07/2015. This is not your fault, but unfortunately impacts on you because of the Sale of Goods Act.”

“The service from Maxwells was exceptional. Not only was the paint I needed much cheaper than other well known retailers and anywhere else I could find online, it was cheaper including the flat rate next day delivery. I ordered in the afternoon and by 10am the next morning my paint had arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely recommend and use again!”

“Ordered two tins of Ronseal exterior undercoat & primer, but they delivered two tins of Ronseal exterior white satin. They were replaced the next day, which was good service, but it shouldn't have happened; attention to basic detail required.”

“Used Maxwells for the first time and I was very impressed, Prices better than B&Q and delivery much cheaper. Quoted 3-5 day delivery but materials arrived the next day . Will certainly use again.”

“Excellent service! Couldn't find the paint we wanted in any shops. Found it on Maxwells website. Ordered on the Friday lunchtime, it was delivered on Monday morning. Securely packed so no chance of damage. Highly recommended company!”

“I bought four big tins of Sandtex paint. The "Next Working Day" delivery was two days late in arriving, (ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday) but the price was very good and (unlike other sellers advertising on the Internet) Maxwells actually had the advertised bargain-priced paint in stock. I would certainly buy from Maxwells again.”

“Paid £4.99 for next working day delivery - ordered Monday am - was informed despatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday - nothing received. Queried Thursday and was told that it had been delivered Wed pm - turned out to be to the wrong address. Parcel now tracked down. Ordered Monday expecting delivery Tuesday as had someone on site needing it to complete job so not too happy with delivery time.”

“Well that was easy £22.50 X 2, i bought 2 tubs one for a friend, £29.00 for 5 litres just down the road in B&Q, Maxwell's delivered it to my front door, not only was it cheaper by £6.50 lol i got an extra 2.5 litres for free.”
