“I ordered a tin of Ronseal varnish. I received a phone call the day after to say the product was not in stock and been discontinued. I was offered an alternative product, but decided not to accept the replacement. The gentleman on the phone said monies paid would be credited back to my credit card. Within 48hrs the refund was back on my account. I would definetly use Maxwells again”

“Parcel arrived two days late otherwise i would have rated the company very good.i had to chase up the late delivery myself and was refunded the delivery charge due to the delay. Package arrived in good condition and well wrapped. A good service!”
