“Service from Maxwells via Shaun was superb. You had despatched our goods within 24hours to your carriers. Unfortunately your carriers only delivered one of the two large items ordered a day late. They had lost the second one!. I contacted Shaun, who found this out for us, and he immediately despatched a replacement. This arrived within twenty four hours as promised by him. No problems with your service but your carriers leave a lot to be desired! Order ref. WEB 22436 Roger Atkinson”

“Ordered items on the 28th Feb waited until 7th March emailed and had to phone as they had not arrived, very good response from the phone call Items arrived 11th March”

“Would not have bought if seen 1st (1 disadvantage of Internet). 1 fence panel damaged, another made to wrong dimensions, ground spikes wrongly described, 2 mornings off work for late delivery. Communication good until I complained! Told would get refund, never came. Never responded to email. Won't shop again with Maxwells, very disappointed, Dave”

“I ordered a 750ml tin of non-drip matt paint which I couldn't fine anywhere locally. Slightly wary about having a pot of pain sent through the post, but the service was speedy (despatched same ay as ordered), and the paint very well packed. Thank you.”

“Ordered Saturday for next working day delivery...order despatched following Tuesday and arrived Wednesday minus one of the items. Sent e mail and only then informed that item out of stock and would be delivered the following Wednesday, I can forgive the item being out of stock but the lack of communication about this was inexcusable.”

“Excellent service, delivering a pot of Dulux French Lavender Made by Me paint which was unable to be found in any of the major DIY stores around my area. I received it, securely wrapped up, by return of post and at a very reasonable price too. Thank you for your outstanding service. I would certainly recommend Maxwells DIY to everyone”
