“They were available to talk to, they despatched the correct goods promptly to the right address. There was a minor glitch with the courier, but nothing dreadful. Now I know about Maxwells I will be using them again in preference to the big national 'shed' chains.”

“I was getting a bit desperate as no store in my area of County Durham stocked the product I wanted. I found it on Maxwell's online; ordering was easy and the paint arrived within the time schedule. That's why I'm happy!”

“At first my order did not arrive on the date given, however a quick call to customer services saw Chelsea go the extra mile to keep a customer happy and my order was immediately dispatched by courier and arrived before noon the next day; that's customer service. Very happy and will be more than happy to order again from Maxwells.”
