“There was an initial mix up with the order when it arrived, but getting it sorted couldn't have been easier and the staff were very helpful and apologetic. The remainder of my order was sent and arrived as promised. The quality of the goods I received was very good and at nearly half the price of other DIY establishments, (that's if they actually stocked it). A bit of a hiccup on the order but all in all very happy, especially the service.”

“Ordered four tins of fence protector, delivered three of one colour and one of another! Speedily resolved with one phone call, correct colour delivered and offending item collected within three days.”

“I recently order two sets of Childrens gardening tools, they arrived the following day but one set was incomplete. It took 2 phone call to get the missing item delivered,. Despite that, I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from Maxwell's DIY again, as the quality of the product was excellent and the staff very courteous and helpful on dealing with the problem.”

“The price for the mower I bought was very competitive. I received the mower within the timescale given. I was disappointed that I asked for the mower (due to size and cost) to be left with a neighbour if was out, the mower was left behind my back gate, it was out of sight but could still have been taken. I called the store and asked a question after delivery, the staff were helpful and informative, great service. Thank you.”

“The price was good and the product arrived on time. However, as the name of the product and the details of what is does do not specifically say it is a paint, I actually thought I was buy the clear version to apply over paint! Perhaps you could make this clearer in your advertising, though it is not actually clear on the Ronseal site either.”

“Excellent Next Day Delivery Service Would have rated Very Good apart from the tin of paint being badly dented, although well packaged. Still it is a tin of paint - it is not leaking and most importantly it is what I wanted and is useable. Thank You”

“Received goods on time as stated. Bit disappointed that the tins they came in were dented and one of them a bit rusty. However, the contents were fine and happy with the price. Will use this seller again with no hesitation and recommend the others.”
