As with all our seed orders it was sent by 1st class post and was dispatched one working day after receipt of order. Sadly, Royal Mail are having more than usual problems with mail due to Covid at present. If your order does not arrive contact us direct and we will look to resolve it.

Plants arrived via DHL obviously nothing on the packaging to denote which way up so consequently smashed!!very disappointing !I am currently trying to revive them!!

We have apologised to the customer. We put a sticker on each box saying live plants and they are generally very well packed. If you have any problem with products you have ordered from us then contact us direct and we will look to resolve the matter for you

Received email 17 Oct advising my order of 3 x 10 plugs dispatched. Received only 2 x 10 with no explanation for shortfall. Enquired if 1 x 10 had been sent separately. Received telephone call to explain Clustered Bellflower ordered had not grown well and so were not sent. Replacement offered and I said 'sent me anything as I am starting out on attempt to make small meadow.' Received 1 x 10 NL Bellflower, very small and undeveloped, some already dead. All dead by next day, despite having been watered.

We had a problem with Clustered Bell Flower and the customer agreed to take Nettle Leaved Bellflower instead. Both species go almost completely dormant over winter. Then in the spring they start to grow again. There is a healthy tap root on each plug.

I’m disappointed that delays to delivering my meadow plug plants wasn’t flagged before accepting my order. Subsequent comms okay But I would have chosen another supplier

i have place an order in good faith and the money has been taken from my account - then MeadowMania inform me that they do not have the product to deliver?? This is not a good start I had spent time to find and decide to use Meadow mania - please improve asking me to review BEFORE i have even received the product is POOR!!!!

This relates to the issue we have had this autumn with plugs plants. Due to very high volume of orders dispatch of plugs is taking much longer than normal. The order has now been sent. We sent a badly timed review request which was triggered by the seed part of the order that was sent straight away.

As yet I haven’t received my order but I have been in contact with Tim and he has since explained the reasons why. I look forward to receiving my ‘plugs’ very soon

We do have a major problem on delay of plugs plant mixtures of up to 4 weeks due to an exceptional demand. We are trying to keep customers updated but we understand that this is disappointing.

Seeds are being dispatched at present within 2/3 working days. If they do not turn up contact us by email or phone and we will resolve the issue.

The plugs have now been delivered. We have apologised to the customer for the delay .The delay has been due to an exceptional volume of orders for plug plants .

Only half the plants survived. Not sure if this was due to coronavirus. The half that survived are growing happily.

Plants arrived in a very sorry state. Poorly packed with no protection and plants were badly crushed. Still waiting to see if they survived

I expected way more seeds in the packets for the price. The Foxgloves were particularly poor, thought the packet was empty but there were only a few wedged in the corner. I have purchased mixed seed packets before for a lot less with far more seeds in them.

I have waited to write this review to see how many of the tiny plug plants actuallu grew. So, to date 4 out of the 10 have not grown despite being potted on to the next size and nurtured. I purchased some a year or two ago and they were really good but the quality of this batch is poor

The tray of wildflower plugs arrived with the box damaged and 50% of the plugs displaced from the tray compartments. They were in a heap of soil and plants in the bottom of the box. The plants were small but in a healthy condition generally. One plug was missing completely with no evidence of it anywhere. It appeared the package had been dropped in transit.

150 plugs or 60 p a plug. Clustered bell flower, no germination (£10 worth) Half the hayrattle germinated which I wouldn't have bothered with, broadcast seed in Nov (£5) Yarrow a common lawn plant. Vetch and toadflax patchy y. The rest fine. You score 60% for satisfaction.

When buying a mixture of plugs we send 10 species. Some of them are still dormant but will start to grow as the summer approaches. If you receive a product from us and are unsure about it please contact us by email or phone

Placed order on 1st April, obviously crisis times & orders may be slower to process. Seeds arrived on 9th, plugs to follow...still waiting. Unfortunately I’ve not even had a further email for some continuity that order is in progress.

I have no complaint about the ordering, delivery or the chap I spoke to on the phone but, I have sown the seed - which was about two weeks ago, following the advice on the package and, which was the overseeding of an existing lawn with bare patch's. As yet there is no sign of germination. I was as a matter of fact thinking of actually contacting you.

Arrived quickly, but the order contained quite a lot of hollow seed kernels / chaff and was underweight by a few grams

I'm sorry to give a poor review but half of my wildflower plug plants that arrived on 25th March were a real disappointment. Of the 10 different varieties 5 were either dead or struggling. I have planted out the good plugs and cared for the rest. The common toadflax - only 1 out of 15 plants has a little growth. White campion - 4/15. Tufted vetch 2/15. Birdsfoot trefoil 0/15. The meadow cransbill are all just clinging on and may come round. I hope!
