“Ordered a Spectre October in the end of line sale but wanted an alternative strap to those offered with it . I asked if it would be possible to swap , perhaps they don't want me to say this , but they happily swapped before delivery . I love the look of the watch but am waiting until my birthday in early May to present it to myself . This is my most expensive watch purchase to date , it feel it won't be my last Marloe .”

“I've been a customer of Marloe for just a couple of years short of the 10 years since the owners first got together. In that time I've bought multiple watches, which I feel is recommendation enough but with my recent purchase of the limited run 'Decade' Morar 310 they have again delivered everything I've come to expect from them. Fantastic and personal customer service. Sensible prices for unique watches. An amazing eye for detail which means even after weeks of wearing my new Decade I'm still noticing something new. I've had people comment on my watches (all sorts of brands) in the past but not as many and as quickly as the Decade has drawn from my friends and colleagues. Add to that the 'work of art' that is the packaging and you really have got the complete package. I can't recommend Marloe enough and I certainly suggest getting your hands on the new Morar 310 if you can. A great watch that sits really well on my 7.5 inch wrist and offers up a dive watch with its own individual character, something so hard to achieve in a market full of dive watches.”

“I came across this company by accident some time ago when I was “googling” dive watches and saw there unusual Morar diver. I purchased it and found the customer service to be faultless. From there I have purchased 5 more watches, all of which have been brilliant. The founders also interact with their “fan group” by posting on a fans Facebook page and also by sending regular and informative e mails. They explain their design process and the ethos behind their watches. British brands are having a resurgence and Marloe epitomise all that is good about British design. A superb company who are doing it right.”

“I have been waiting for this watch for 18 months and the weight was well worth it superb watch! The deep blue face changes with movement and the light, superb detail. “My first purchase from Marloe Watch Company was a Coniston Automatic, a swift and effortless mail order purchase and an excellent and unusual design finished to a standard that I really did not expect at the price point. My next encounter with Marloe was seeing the Solent timer on their stand at the classic car show in 2023. An order was duly placed and another seamless transaction ensued. Browsing Marloe's website, my partner really liked the look of the Astro. A email query about straps was sent late in the evening and answered pretty much immediately! Order placed and again seamless delivery and an excellent watch. It was clear that Marloe is more than just another watch brand, the sense of being looked after is something that some much bigger and better know companies could benefit from learrning. We got to meet the Marloe team at British Watchmaker's Day 2024 and it was clear that this is a relatively small concern, but absolutely bursting with creativity and passion for what they are doing. A hefty purchase left the watch buying fund compromised in 2024, but roll forward to British Watchmakers Day 2025 and I was really looking forward to seeing the Morar 310 in the metal. I expected it to be good, but it really was a stunner and it was a pleasure to be able to take one home with me. I've never had any problems with any of my Marloe watches, but I get the feeling that if I did, customer service would be exemplarly. Keep doing what you are doing, it is so refreshing to deal with a company that cares!”
