“I purchased the Sceptre Black Edition and have to say, that it wasn't just the watch that was so special, but the whole act of purchasing and opening the utterly sumptuous packaging that set this apart. Coupled with the fact that I was able to personalise the watch with a serial number which matched my birth month and year, combined to make this a very unique and rewarding experience. On top of all that, the company is situated not that far from home, so the joy of supporting a local business is the icing on the top of this cake. Now to the cherry. The watch itself. When I'm wearing it, I'm constantly aware of the time - not because I need to know it, but because I can't stop admiring the exquisite timepiece on my wrist. The blue coating on the glass gives it a luxurious gleam that draws you in when it catches the light and the polished, serrated bezel sparkles like the very element that is the watch's inspiration.”

“This is an expensive looking watch at a comparably moderate price. I give it top marks because of its readability. I've seen some quibbles about the lack of a date, but the addition of such a complication would destroy the symmetry of the watch. Most impressive are the sapphire crystals front and rear, wing like sides and sculptured back.”

“I ordered a Marloe Solent Windward about 3 weeks ago. I ordered the watch with the stainless bracelet, and an additional grey strap. The grey strap was only available with the matte buckle which was no issue, but Marloe on their own accord reached out and asked if they wanted me to replace the buckle with a polished one, which I readily accepted. The customer service with this company is excellent and it's very clear they care about their product. The watch I received was well-packaged and was delivered promptly. The watch itself is very nice. The fit, finish, and attention to detail is very high, especially when considering the price. The bands are comfortable and of very high quality. The only negative I have is the stainless steel of the case scuffs very easily. I've worn the watch for about 7 or 8 days on and off over the last 3 weeks, and although I haven't smacked the watch of anything, there is noticeable scuffing around the bezel of the watch. Overall, I'm very pleased with the watch and I'd have zero issue buying another from them.”
