“Oliver, a customer support rep, reached out via email to inform me that I paid via a foreign currency instead of my local currency (CAD), and as such I was possibly subjecting myself to paying duties and/or other fees. Oliver offered to cancel and refund my original order so that I can re-order my watch in my local currency. Very thoughtful of him! As well, having ordered the watch on a Saturday morning, I received it within 2 days, on a Canadian holiday no less. And in perfect condition. That's some fast, high quality free shipping.”

“Great watch. Good service....love the free patch ..nice touch. Just wish it had been simpler to arrrange delivery. had to go to couriers site to arrange pick up at a delivery point instead of at home. Otherwise brilliant!!”

Attention to detail is abundant, not only on the watches but also in the packaging and presentation.
