“I bought a Cherwell through the original crowdfunding and absolutely love it. I decided recently to buy another strap and ordered it on the website. I was disappointed to find that on delivery the strap did not fit my watch. The Marlowe team were fantastic in the way they responded to my issue and they replaced the strap at no extra cost. I am once again a very happy Marlowe customer. Thank you!”

“Purchased a replacement blue strap to compliment my Bluebird Coniston. Order came through very quickly and the strap is extremely good quality with a great “trick” way of attaching the strap to the watch Thank you”
