“One of the few companies left that keeps a direct connection with its customers. There is so much value in a few meaningful words over automated or scripted responses especially when a little bit of discussion can mean the difference between an ‘ok’ customer and a delighted human being. For a lot of us, when we buy something special like a mechanical watch, it’s not because we need it, but because it is truly a desire. We are choosing to have something more expensive, more inconvenient and far less accurate than a cheap digital watch all because what we really want is a thing of beauty, a piece of art, and a fantastic mechanical achievement. We want something that works hard, just as we do, to get the most elegant result. Marloe deserve the credit they get. The watch I picked, the pacific 76, is very lovely indeed. I didn’t buy it for the label, because it’s popular, because someone said I should, because I need to look good in front of other people (and I need a lot of help there I have to admit!). It is because I went looking for something that I wanted to live with and enjoy. It can get old with me, It can stay. A fantastic watch, a fantastic company with awesome people, trying their best to deliver things that people want. If only the rest of life was like this! For people who want to take the time to enjoy time.”

“I recently bought my first Marloe watch, a ConistonEyre. Delivery was very quick, just a couple of days. The presentation is very nice, with the watch being delivered in a smart box and included an interesting book about the Campbell's. The watch is extremely smart, I'm a little reluctant to say pretty,but it kind of is! A very nice strap was fitted and I liked very much that I could choose the strap of my choice. I have a feeling that this will not be my last purchase from Marlowe.”
