“My watch arrived and completely met my expectations. Within a few days it became apparent that it wasn't keeping as good time as it should so I contact customer service who enabled a return of the item, they then diagnosed the mechanism had become magnetised. A replacement was sent promptly and has worked perfectly ever since.”
