“I bought a Cherwell through the original crowdfunding and absolutely love it. I decided recently to buy another strap and ordered it on the website. I was disappointed to find that on delivery the strap did not fit my watch. The Marlowe team were fantastic in the way they responded to my issue and they replaced the strap at no extra cost.
