In these challenging times I wanted to support a British business with my next watch purchase. I have been following Marloe Watches for years now and finally decided to purchase a Haskell Field Standard.

“Hi I purchased a watch from you almost a year or two ago, the sell went well got the watch no problem. I just purchased second watch from you about a week or two ago and it was horrible something went wrong on the order and a different address was populated and it went to that address. PayPal is investigating the situation so that being said I feel that to avoid for future problems like this I would contact the buyer by email or phone to verify that everything is correct before it is shipping out. I brought a watch from YEMA around the same time and they called me to verify that it was me and the correct address. So for that reason I will not return to by anything and I will make sure that this is posted on all forums about the horrible experience with Marloe Watch Company.”

“From start to finish, Marloe are an outstandingly good business to deal with. They produce fine watches that are simplicity itself to order on their website and which are delivered really promptly. Many businesses rattle on about how they value their customers and are responsive to feedback - until you try to raise a simple question with an actual human being when the whole edifice crumbles via automated response systems. Dim and short-sighted. With these guys, Emails are answered personally and in very short order and they clearly enjoy interacting with customers. They are a model of how to build customer enthusiasm and loyalty. I wish them a very long, enjoyable and successful time running Marloe Watch Company”

“I have bought from marloe watch company on many occasions over the past 3 years and can honestly say the experience on every occasion is second to none.. the customer service is incredible and products always first class.. I cannot recommend them highly enough”

“Marloe primarily sell watches but they are far more than that. The community spirit engendered, the communication and the inclusion of customers in what they do and produce raises the company far above the role of just watch maker and seller. The watches themselves are quality. Beautifully crafted and designed with a backdrop of history which adds interest to the actual ownership. From order to delivery the process is a class act with obvious attention to detail culminating, for me, in a smile when I open the box and see the watch for the first time.”

“The straps are to small very small Look they made it for baby's And I sent a email about that and the answer was priceless Sorry ,but you can buy another one for our website 🤬😡😠 ............. What? Another small straps for 60 dollars ! WTF The Watch are amazing but your customers service 😒😒😒”
