“Very helpful staff who assisted our decision process and provided detail enabling us to select the dimensions for our hearth slab. Also much appreciated was that an alternative delivery was organised, at short notice, in order to maintain our installation timescale, when the original planned delivery wasn't possible.”

“Very helpful. Delivery was prompt and the stove arrived well packaged. We have purchased this stove well in advance of installing it in a new build so we have not yet unpacked it. However we do not anticipate any problems.”

“Purchase went well and I was kept up to date with delivery details at every point. Eventually had to collect the stove from a local delivery company but only because we were not at home on the date due for delivery. Collected at a suitable point. Very happy with the service and the stove.”

“From the moment I contacted Manorhouse I was filled with confidence. Even before I committed to purchase anything the detail of information provided to my questions was outstanding. It wasn't just the level of knowledge that impressed but also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From order placement through to delivery and fitting I was kept up to date. The fitters were excellent (and very tidy). Really happy with my choice of Stove from Contura (the 51L) but mostly with the choice of company I decided to deal with! Keep it up.”

“I received excellant personal service from Manor House, the selection of fires available was very good indeed and considering I changed my selection after ordering there was no problem at all, advice is there if you need it. And delivery was prompt. I would thoroughly recommend Manor House. M Ballard, Rugby..”

“Ordered a wood burning stove over the internet. Called up for a few queries and were helpful and emailed information promptly. Unfortunately had to cancel the order due to a change of plans & item would have not longer be suitable. A refund was arranged quickly and was notified by Manor House when everything had been processed. From experience so far I will definitely use again once we have decided what we do want!”
