“We had been searching for several weeks for a certain fire. Although Manor House showroom was not local to us, we paid them a visit. Their service and knowledge where excellent and i was genuinely surprised that the price was certainly cheaper than any of our local showrooms. I have rang them several times with questions and they have always been very obliging. Many thanks Manor House i certainly would recommend you to friends and family.”

“Geat service nothing was too much trouble and happy to assit with all our questions. We looked at the fire we wanted on the Web but there is nothing like seeing it for real working and knowing you can make a purchase with confidence.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. I needed info regarding the installation of the electric fire i wanted to purchase and within minutes of speaking to ManorHouse I had an email with attachments showing me exactly what I needed to know. Delivery was speedy and timed to suit me. Price was also excellent. Would recommend this company to anyone.”

“After initial problems (fire arrived shattered) Manor House were quick to resolve the problem by arranging for the fire to be picked up and organised a replacement straight away. Mark at Manor House also rang to check that the replacement had arrived safely. Overall customer service helpful and very good. Would recommend and use this company again.”

“Mark was very efficient and accurate with his timing the stove turned up on time. We would definitely recommend you to our friends. The only thing that let you down was the currier service with the grille but you did your best to get them moving (not your fault but the curriers). You did all you could. Many thanks Pauline & David Cole”

“We are so pleased with our new fire. We originally thought about a wood burner but changed our minds and went for a gas version - can be turned off when right temperature is reached! Manor House were excellent. Michael in the showroom was so helpful and Paul and his team who fitted the fire were very professional and completed their work with minimum mess and disruption. Thank you Manor House.”
