“If your cover doesn't fit you have to send it back and pay your own shipping! I ordered a cover for a couch with two recliners and fold down table in the middle. The cover did not fit and now I have to pay shipping!”

“With proper measuring the covers fit my furniture well. I purchased a coverfor an older couch, an arm chair and ottoman in the basement family room. The older furniture is in good shage, just old outdated fabric. These covers are a great solution. They are soft, well made and give the furniture a total refresh. Totallh happy with this purchase.”

“These are OK, not great but just OK. I purchased the 3 seat couch, high back arm chair, and a cover for my footstool. Easy enough to put on, but those cardboard things that one is supposed to insert in the back and edges of seats, those do no stay in if anyone actually sits on them. My footstool cover was too large even though I bought the small size. And I did not want to tie the two white elastic things together, so they just moved around whenever I moved the stool. Got the box back out and found the directions to return, but since I have two cats, and was not going to launder these, it claimed I could not get reimbursed.
If you might expect to return one, do not try it on, do not take it out of the package, just send it back, or just don't buy it in the first place.”

Our slipcovers are pet-friendly and can protect your couch from scratches. However, each situation is different, and some pets may cause the slipcover and couch to be destroyed completely. Your satisfaction is important, and we want to help in any way we can.
“"Velvet"? I think NOT! Synthetic, scratchy feeling. Anchoring cardboard triangle thingies provided don't stay in place and pop out every time you sit down. Would have expected more for that price.”
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations. Just to clarify, our Velvet Collection is made of 100% polyester and not traditional velvet fabric. This is noted in the product description, and the collection is named "Velvet" because of its subtle sheen effect, which mimics the look of velvet.
Please make sure that the cardboard is folded properly according to the instructions, with the ridges facing out. When tucking it in, make sure to angle it down so it's unlikely for them to pop out. Tuck it in as far as you can and between the crevices and try pushing them way down (below the seat cushion(s). While this method has proven effective for many of our customers, please note that results may vary depending on the specific furniture piece. It may not be as effective on leather furniture as it is on upholstered furniture.
This issue may be caused by factors such as a thin separate seat cushion or crevice that isn't deep enough to hold the inserts securely.
Several customers have found that using pool noodles to tuck into the grooves can be quite helpful in keeping the slipcover securely in place.
