“I recently purchased a sectional slipcover , but had to return it due being unable to get it to fit. I contacted customer service regarding requesting a refund and received a quick response. I was informed that the picture I submitted revealed that Mamma Mia didn't make slipcovers to fit my u shaped sectional. I was advised I could ship the item back and minus a return fee, I would receive a refund. Customer service was very helpful and I appreciated their assistance.”

“This is my second purchase. I wanted to try a different color (I have the cream color and now have white) They look lovely and wash very well (They dry quickly too). I bought them because of my cats. I purchased a new leather sofa and needed something to protect it from scratches, hairballs, and other interesting things cats produce! I have even spot cleaned it, while on my couch. I would highly recommend this cover to others who have cats/dogs.”

“A wingback chair passed down through the family required a bit of TLC. The bold floral pattern of the original upholstery is dated and did not match the decor in my home. A cream color chair and ottoman cover from Mamma Mia Covers was the perfect solution. I was able to fit a pillow under both covers to provide more of a cushiony feel to the flattened old upholstery. Surprisingly,
the square ottoman cover was a good fit for the rectangular footstool. The chair set is now useful, cozy, and beautiful. This is a great money saving solution to replacing gently used furniture. Well done Mamma Mia!”

“I love the feel and texture of the cover. The color is muted so it is easy on the eyes. I love that this wraps around my whole couch.
The only problem I am having is near the arms the cover keeps popping out and the folded cardboard holders come out too. They stay in the back part nicely. But the arm sections pop out. Very frustrating. I have to constantly keep re-"making" the couch. I did buy this so I would have less work. But it hasn't done that for me yet.”

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the arm sections popping out. Please make sure that the cardboard is folded properly according to the instructions, with the ridges facing out. When tucking it in, make sure to angle it down so it's unlikely for them to pop out. Tuck it in as far as you can and between the crevices and try pushing them way down (below the seat cushion(s). While this method has proven effective for many of our customers, please note that results may vary depending on the specific furniture piece. It may not be as effective on leather furniture as it is on upholstered furniture.
This issue may be caused by factors such as a thin separate seat cushion or crevice that isn't deep enough to hold the inserts securely.
Several customers have found that using pool noodles to tuck into the grooves can be quite helpful in keeping the slipcover securely in place.
Please send us a photo and measurements of your furniture so we can better understand the situation and provide appropriate assistance.

“The fabric is very sturdy and gives the chair a unique look! I had to get the wingback size because I didn't think the others would fit my accent chair-- and, it works great. If we ever need another cover, I will come back to Mamma Mia. Even though it's pricier than what you would find on Wayfair or Amazon, it's significantly higher quality than those.”

“I ordered samples and paid the extra fee to have them delivered with. Two business days. I am still waiting 10 days later. Meanwhile I spent the extra money to get it here and make a decision. Was hoping to order a couch cover before guests come. That’s not happening.”
Hi Veronica! We completely understand how disappointing it is to be waiting longer than expected for your samples. I'm sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. I double-checked your order, and it appears that the shipment was dispatched on time. Unfortunately, once your package has left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery process. Please note that if your shipment appears inactive on the map, it doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue with the delivery. It could be that the delivery courier hasn't updated the tracking until it reaches a specific location. The tracking information usually refreshes later.
“Love the look and fit of these furniture covers. An inexpensive way to make old furniture look like new. I even bought 2 for one of my sofas to change out with seasons. The only little thing is the cardboard pieces to keep cover in place keep popping out, but the covers seem to stay in place well without them.”
