“Talk about a transformation! My armless chaise slipcover fit perfectly and created a whole new piece of furniture. I switched up the color scheme of my living room and the slipcover turned a brown chaise into a light grey piece that better suits my new color palette. The fabric is poly and I usually avoid it, but this particular poly is soft, non-pilly, non-scratchy and looks very expensive. A well made product along with a great customer service experience results in 5 stars!”
“The color was more purple than brown. Fit was nice. Biggest problem: I need to return it and there was no information in the box or elsewhere on how to do this! Now I have to hunt to figure out how to get my money back and to return the product.”

“these are very nice sofa covers Stretchy and soft. my only issue is the cardboard inserts that help keep the cover in place. My dog was able to pull one out and destroy it, shes a destructive 10 month old hound.”

Please make sure that the cardboard is folded properly according to the instructions, with the ridges facing out. When tucking it in, make sure to angle it down so it's unlikely for them to pop out. Tuck it in as far as you can and between the crevices and try pushing them way down (below the seat cushion(s). While this method has proven effective for many of our customers, please note that results may vary depending on the specific furniture piece. It may not be as effective on leather furniture as it is on upholstered furniture.
This issue may be caused by factors such as a thin separate seat cushion or crevice that isn't deep enough to hold the inserts securely.
Several customers have found that using pool noodles to tuck into the grooves can be quite helpful in keeping the slipcover securely in place.
