“The Engineer (Shane) arrived on time and carried out the planned annual service of the alarm system. He kept me well informed about what was happening and also presented me with the option of keeping the existing battery which was due for replacement soon or to change it whilst he was there (I chose the latter). All the work was carried out well and speedily. He also changed footwear on entering and leaving the property to ensure no dirt was brought in (unprompted).”

“No Problems, with this inspection, although the chap said he hadn't seen many of these olde4 systems, so it took him a little longer than he intended to complete the job, but when he finished he explained ,what he found, and suggested I need a newer battery, which I declined on this occasion, pleasant chap.”

“As always, the engineer from Lynx Fire & Safety was very good. Tom did our annual service this year. He arrived on time and was very efficient and tidy. He answered my questions knowledgeably and advised me on which key for would be suitable for my daughter. Very happy customer. Why only a 4? Because there is always room for improvement. 😁 Kate Proctor”
