“We did have some initial problems with the alarm as it transpired that the sensor in our kitchen was being set off by our cat jumping on the kitchen table. I cannot fault the enthusiasm of your engineers to set it right but would say we did have conflicting advice about our cat’s ability to set off the alarm. Nevertheless, you did not give up or leave us in the lurch and we much appreciated your commitment to solving the problem. All employees were polite and helpful and I would certainly recommend your firm to others. Our alarm has worked perfectly since the back door sensor was fitted. Thank you.”

“The engineer, Peter, was excellent. We live in a stone cottage with thick walls so he was great at setting up the alarm and our three phones with Home Control +. He explained the use and ensured we were all happy with the system. We had Lynx Security for many years at our previous home. We have the annual maintenance and no problems.”

“Lynx were brilliant right from the start of the enquiry to install my system. Prompt, courteous replies to requests for information; a visit by a very knowledgeable company representative who carefully went through all the options available with pros and cons carefully explained throughout. Installation was fast and carefully carried out with a minimum of fuss and tweaks to make the system work more effectively were carefully explained. The system was fully tested after installation with training included and it has worked faultlessly ever since. I would highly recommend this company.”

“A very professional install, right from survey to audit check. Thanks go to Richard Hughes, Cavan Carter and Glen Van Driel. Cavan installed the system. Good attitude and went the extra mile. Asked support staff for assistance when necessary. Nothing too much trouble. Cost wise, a bit expensive and not too happy with annual fee for the WiFi App. One negative is that the sound on setting alarm is not loud enough from keypad...which is what we use on exit or bedtime. Certainly not ideal for older people. Have not had full experience as yet, but happy so far. All admin support staff are also very helpful with all communitaions.”

“Very impressed with the weekend call out service to fix an alarm fault. Without prompting the engineer maintained social distancing at all times and used hand sanitiser when in contact with alarm keypad. They put us at ease during their visit and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the services. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Quick to come out and survey site. Easy to change specification once quotation received and then organise an installation to suit both parties. The installation team were very well organised and complied with our Covid-19 procedures and the actual install was completed on the agreed date. They worked around our team, were as intrusive as possible and were very neat and tidy with their work. A very professional job. I will recommend your services in future. Thank you all”
