“Seems a well run, efficient and friendly organisation. Send reminders of annual service which can then be arranged by phone (preferable). All engineers and office staff I have dealt with have been very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Would recommend.”

“A service engineer recently visited my property for the annual check of my alarm system. He arrived on time and did what was necessary quickly and efficiently. I was also very satisfied with the booking arrangements, I was able to suggest two or three different dates so we could agree on one that was mutually convenient.”
