“I would give Shane the engineer five out of five as he was excellent in all areas. Thank you Shane, your professionalism was much appreciated. However, administrative staff not as good. Carole rang and asked for our email address which previously we had allowed and owing to unwanted contact had it withdrawn. She assured us it was to forward on our receipt. We reluctantly agreed and received an old receipt for a repair to the bell twelve months ago. Nothing relating to the service. A ruse I believe!!”
