So helpful and responsive when our detector in our conservatory was broken and needed urgent attention. Shane came out the same day we reported it. He explained what the problem was and the choices we had to put things right. Brilliant service. Even when we first phoned Lauren(hope that is right) tried to help but when the alarm would not respond she raised an urgent call. Thanks Lynx you are a great company with excellent staff so glad our safety is in your hands. : ) Carol Hughes in admin also is so helpful.

Great alarm but very expensive for a short service visit where it seems that all that is done is change the batteries and test the alarm works

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The annual renewal cost includes the recent service and replacement wireless batteries for your system. It also deems the system as Maintained for 12 months. With this Maintained status, you have the following: • Priority callouts over unmaintained customers. • Access to our Out-of-hours Emergency Engineers – contactable via any of our telephone numbers. • Reduced callout rates. • Next annual service offered at a reduced, maintained rate. I have been a customer of Lynx for many years and have always been happy with the service received from them. I have never been displeased with the workmanship of the engineers. . Brian, the latest member of your staff to service my alarm, has previously visited my premises. He was proficient, polite and friendly.

Brian did a super job installing and testing the new module. He also demonstrated how the new remote control facility worked. All in all, my initial engagement with Lynx, the engineering visit and the administration processes were all super efficient and stress-free. One very happy customer.
