“Good, helpful and polite techncians. Administration section is somewhat less prompt in answering 'phone calls, or calling back. As long as you have an annual inspection (£70 plus VAT), call out charges are moderate if you need to call a technician out. We have had only to do this once, and the technician was prompt and dealt with the problem efficiently.”

“I was informed in good time that my alarm system was due it’s annual service and booking it over the phone was answered and dealt with promptly. The engineer turned up at the time stated was very friendly and carried out the service quickly and efficiently.”
