“From receiving the original booking letter to waving off the engineer, the team at Lynx are all so helpful. Brian stayed and explained a few short cuts and features we hadn’t used and checked to make sure every was working as it should. That’s 5 services down and everyone in the team are so professional. Thanks again.”

“We have never had any problems with our alarm since it was fitted so have never had to call anyone out. I guess that's the way it should be. We have just had our annual service which was very easy to arrange. The man turned up at the time he was supposed to and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend to others.”

“Booking an appointment was easy. The engineer turned up on time and carried out the alarm service as usual and left the decision about a replacement battery to me rather than insisting on it. New battery fitted and testing completed. Clear explanations to my questions and work area left clean and tidy. Very reliable service for the past 20 years.”
